How do you blow an egg w/out breaking it?!

Ok so I have to share, one day I was trying to empty out an egg shell as well with a syringe and this was taking forever. My boyfriend comes over and takes his air compresser hose, puts it on the little hole and Wa la it is empty in a matter of seconds. I know not everyone has a air hose, but it was an awesome idea and works wonderfully.

Anyone have any tips on how to get the hole in the center? I have one that is terribly off-center

It's going to be interesting hanging that one. I suppose I could just put a decoration over it.

HAha that could be very well possible

about the center I guess you could use a marker to mark the spot first and then decide if it looks centered to you then put the hole in it

Thank you . I have 1 EE who lays a blue egg a day for me .. The two green ones I got from a friend.. I might have to get me a green egg layer someday, they are so pretty.
