Ok. PVC pipes too flimsy, gotcha. Thank you for sharing the portable garage/car port @MeepBeep, and thank you @aart for sharing the runs. I was hoping to make something big, cheap, sturdy, and something that we can take apart if we need to move it though. Does anyone know if I could get metal bars and connectors or something like that somewhere? I really appreciate your help.

Buy a the kit as shown... You likely won't be able to purchase the parts and connectors for less then the entire kit... The only realistic cheaper option would be if you can weld your own connectors or pipe together...
