How do you do it?

Well I washed everything w/ dish soap and hot water, except the top and turner. I wiped them down gently as best I could w/ Lysol wipes. should I now wipe them w/ just a wet paper towel adn let the m dry for a day or two? Wish I could change the title of this post to How do I clean my incubator.
