Burrito: Tilt it up, the bottom is closed, eat from top to bottom no problemo

Taco: Tilt it up at an angle of even one degree and all your filling goes sliding out the other end and SPLAT! You have an empty shell in your hand and a pile of filling on your plate. Or in your lap.

Hold it closed with your hand, soft shell tacos, corn or flour, are easy to do that with. Use that last bit of tortilla to mop up whatever fell out.
