how do you feed diffferent feeds to each age when feeding a merged flock?

I have two ten week old chicks now merged with my laying flock. I know the 10 weekers should not be getting the layer pellets but how do I do that? Since only the two leghorns (out of 7 adults) are laying anyway- can I simply stop the layer pellets and only offer the grower? the old girls love it but is it sufficient for them?

When I have younger chickens in with my older girls I feed everyone starter crumbles and have a separate smaller feeder with oyster shell for my layers. The chicks won't eat the oyster shell. I leave it like this until my younger chicks are at least 18 weeks old then go to layer pellets for all.

The grower is fine. I always use an all-flock/flock raiser feed instead of layer and add oyster shell on the side.
