I'm looking for swap shows in my area. Figured I would ask here LOL. Does any one know how to keep track of them? Thanks Scotty

Usually it's word of mouth, and fliers are sent if you sign up. Too bad you're so far away, I'd hook you up!

What part of Massachusetts are you from? Also I just got this info in.....

The New England Bantam Club Is Having A swap meet:

At Sheep Pasture, 307 Main Street, Easton, MA
NOTE: April 3rd Swap Meet date change to April 10th.

Check out the NH market fairs thread. I used to live in tewksbury, and they try to have many swaps in southern NH. The north east aviculture society also holds swaps in westford mass, but you have to be a member to sell, anyone can go to buy though.

The NH swaps are the closest for us. Mass has a ton of rules, so very few swaps get held here. Last year I trekked to about 5 in NH -- so worth it! Chickn has a mailing list and once swaps start, there are tons of threads.

Yeah, Back at my folks home, when I was a 4-Her we kept chickens in our basement. So i understand the rules. LOL

I went to a couple last year - one in Taunton & one in Middleboro. Both of those were held by the New England Bantam Club. I went to one in NH too...kind of a long drive but worth it
