How do you find out if selling your eggs are legal

I will be teaching a private school (where my boys go) class to start and run a non-profit company (I am a bookkeeper). I am going to donate my eggs and they will sell them to raise money for an orphan, tuition for a student and maintenance. i just dont know the first thing about selling the eggs. what do i need to know

First of all, the school probably would not be able to sell them. In Ohio they couldn't. Second, you need to check with your states dept of agriculture and if they say it's ok, get it in writing.
