Call your State Dept. of Ag and they'll tell you everything you need to know

you will need to get your birds tested and fill out the paperwork, it will depend on what state you live in on what it will cost and how, what you need to do, some states its easy and some its very time consuming and costly

Here in Florida it is free and they are very nice and helpful.

In CA it is extremely cost prohibitive for small flock owners. At least THIS small flock owner.
