How do you have your farm set up business wise?

Sole proprietorship, LLC. INC.? Any help would be great. I’m trying to find out how to do this the right way to an EIN and, sales tax exempt. Farm agency numbers, etc. so many numbers I’m confused about. Thanks

Don't take this as advice lol... we're an LLC. Once we got the LLC (online request), we got our EIN number (free; online).

If you sell to the public, I would recommend joining your state Farm Bureau and the Farm To Consumer Legal Defense Fund. They can also help guide you through certain issues.
