On day 1 after I loaded the eggs in the bator, I took the "Mother" unit of the Accurite upstairs so we could monitor temp / humidity in the bator. As I set it up where I could see it from the bed, DH said, "Is this what we're going to do for the next 3 weeks? Watch a thermometer?"
I said, "YUP!!"
He sighed...

There is one on here! Waiting and waiting and waiting for him to post his egg has started to pip! Someone else has hatched one here too. The photos are amazing!

I am on day 18 with my duck eggs -- I check the bator several times a day - the only way I have been able to deal with the long 28 days it is going to take - I went to TS last night and got 6 new little banty babies - to keep me busy LOL

Well now ..... being careful here on this *family friendly* site .... you might want to tell him that there are a number of ways to raise the temperature and humidity in a bedroom.
