"Friends of Feathers", I see you have a floating dock in middle of you lake. I've been working on a floating duckhouse, nothing fancy,but I was wondering if they would use it or not?
I had 3 ducks that were used to the dock because when they were little I would lock them in a pet taxi that I anchored to the middle of the dock. The 2 older ones, that came from an auction, couldn't get onto the dock because I had a fence around it to limit the area the babies were allowed to swim until they got old enough to defend themselves.
Anyway once I took the fence down and the door off the pet taxi they all got along fine and they all used the dock and the pet taxi. Everyone told me they wouldn't use it, but the two that I have left, (one from the auction and 1 baby that I raised) are always on their dock.
