poached, sunny side up or scrambled. depending on who is making them or where we are at for breakfast.

I have to admit I have been craving a decent omelet lately though. Or a good egg salad.

I like mine as a fried egg sandwich, fried over easy, scrambled, poached, hard boiled, omlet, deviled, angeled, and any other way anyone can think of.. we love eggs!
Oh we had scrambled today with the cinnamon roll recipe from the breadmachine thread. Thank you whoever submited that yummy recipe it was divine!

I prefer them a few ways...

-- in an omelette (with cheese, tomatoes, ham, and mushrooms!)

-- scrambled (with ketchup)

-- over easy

-- Deviled

I'm not a big yolk fan...it needs to be cooked through, but I'll eat it if it's served to me that way.
