My favorite way of cooking eggs is to wake up on a Saturday morning and going downstairs to have my dad frying up bacon - and then using the bacon grease to fry up a couple of almost medium cooked fried eggs - not over medium, but using a spatula to slop the bacon fat over the yokes and whites - some nice buttered toast - I'd give anything to have him cook me up some again
