How do you make an older group of hens like young pullets!!??

I just got young pullets and so far the older hens hate them. When I let the young pullets walk around my yard the older hens run over and begin to peck! So I picked up the young pullets and put them back into there cage. I don't know if the older hens will ever like
the young pullets!!! I don't know what to do! Please help!

Hang in there.. it's called the pecking order for a reason! Unless you see any real aggression with blood drawing, they will work itself out. It's sometimes hard to watch, but they have to figure out the new pecking order, and in a few weeks, it will all be behind them. If you see them bleeding BAD BAd remove them,its mainy PECKING ORDER! Good Luck!LETT THEM FREE RANGE TOGETHER AND EAT TOGETHER!
