? How do you prepair a chicken for a chicken show?

Our local county is having their 4-H Fair. I told the boys that they can enter the open class with one bird each. I wanted to know if we need to do to get them ready. I assume that we need to wash their feet ane legs, but do we need to do anything else. Any advice would help. Thanks
