HOW DO YOU SANITIZE A PREVIOUSLY OWNED COOP?

Today we are picking up a tractor coop we are buying off craigslist for our 7 week olds. They rehomed their chickens last year after they were told "not in the city limits." Too bad they didn't know about Michigan's RTFA

. It wasn't because they had sick chickens and died. I was wondering if and how I need to sterilize the coop before putting my chicks in?

Some folks use a bleach solution. I prefer to do a deep disinfecting of any used coops by using VirkonS (it's a DuPont product).
