how do you stop your chicken from crowing

Realistically there is no fool proof method - roosters crow. No crow collars, darkened sleeping quarters sometimes help, but nothing is 100 % effective.

Not possible. If he's a real nuisance, then you should probably get rid of him...

Sort for your troubles. I've never heard of a way to stop the crowing.
The crowing is my personal favorite part of having a roo, but I understand it is not for everyone. There are some breeds known to be quieter, or you could stick with pullets/hens?

I don't know of any way other than butter, garlic, and potatoes. If he is a juvenile, they do seem to calm a little when older. He'll still always crow some.

Good looking Rooster ya got there, I have found making him get outta my way reduced the crow but that requires he sees me too. It Establishes you are head honcho basically, but not sure if it could backfire and he decides to challenge, ya kinda got to know your roosters personality

he does not crow too much but i have another one that crows every 5 minutes
