Put them in the egg cartons pointed end down like they said but you need to put something under one end or side of the carton so it is tipped an inch or so. Then once or twice a day rotate the carton. This keeps the yolk  from sticking to the shell.
  Room temp is ok, but some people keep them refrigerated at a constant temp as  long as it isn't too cold.  I can't remember the recommended temp.
  Ten days is a little long for my satisfaction. I have kept  eggs longer than that and some still hatched but I think on any eggs  stored at room temp, you shouldn't keep them any longer than a week. i prefer five days.
Remember, the fresher the egg the better the hatch rate.
