Great post, UGCM! I am in HOT arizona and my house during the summer is in the 82-86 degree range (trust me 86 feels nice and cool when it's 115 out ) I was wondering the same thing since the fridge idea makes me uncomfortable. I haven't started storing any eggs yet as my girls aren't laying yet. Is the 80 degree mark too warm for storing eggs? I suppose it's really only a summer concern. Also UGCM since you mentioned florida- is regulating the humidity also going to be a concern?
