How do you tell the gender of a naked neck at a young age ?

What is this one. Hen or Roo?

I also have straight run naked-Necks and I’d love to know what sex they are. The major difference I notice is one has zero feathers on the front part of her neck as she has matured (top photo). The other 3 have developed a beautiful feather “ruff at the front of their throats, in addition to being somewhat larger (last 2). I have no idea if one has anything to do with the other. The combs haven’t gotten bigger or turned red and they are 8 weeks old.
