Sexing:
Have always been more likely to be affectionate. (Some females are more friendly but in general I find ganders too be more affectionate)
My females become more standoffish quicker than the males.
My Ganders have somewhat of a high pitch voice when younger. My females's calls are always much deeper.
The traditional "Proud Tall Gander" seem to hold true for me. This is more prominent in some breeds than others.
The Boys tussle with each other much more often than females to other females.

Kevin565 how do you behavior sex? What behaviors do you look for? Like gander standing tall or walking between a female and you? From an early age when I would pick up my geese and put them in a tote to take them outside our little gander always lays his head over the other two. Is that something that you are talking about or maybe just an oddity of Boris?
