How do you turn the eggs?

I love the demonstration! However.. how does the hen do it? And how often do you suppose a mama hen rolls her eggs in the nest?

My incubator is just fine patandchickens. This is just my 1st hatch and I was trying to see how the "Professionals" do it!

I caught my BO turning her eggs last week. She had one in the nest and she was gently rolling it with her head. She is SO not broody though, I got excited when I caught her doing it but I did let her lay over 30 eggs before giving up on hope she would sit them out....
