My younger kids like them fried because they're cute. I've got a bunch up in a carton drying out to be decorated for Christmas ornaments (I'd better get busy, huh!). I use twice as many eggs as the recipe calls for and bake with them. I'm thinking I should pickle some for my dad. He'd think he was rich!
