Last week I went to a Agritourism Confrence and learned a lot about making your Land and farm support itself. And since then I have been thinking of all these new ways to make our Ranch bring in profit. Right now We have a large section of our ranch devoted to our Equestrian center (You can take a look at my website link). The Equestrian center does well at bringing in money, through boarders, day use, and Lessons/Clinics. We have many Idea's to look into such as sales of Home Grown Veggies, as well as eggs and Honey. We have several acres of Walnut trees on another property that we have done nothing with, so we may look into working with that. I would like to look into Grass Fed Cattle too.
So what do you do to make your farm make you money?
