How do you get the subject line in bold and how do you get that cute little chic beside your subject?

I always thought that meant that subject had a lot of views. It comes and goes, but this is just my guess.

It gets bold and a chick when there is a new post added to the discussion.

Like now..

Once you read it, the bold and chick goes away until someone posts again.
