How early can roosters start crowing?

I have a 6 week polish bantam rooster. I heard him crow this morning. Is he just crowing early or is this normal? Thanks.

Everything I read online said they usually start around 4 months old. I was quite shocked. He is pretty developed though. He has huge wattles lok and he acts very roosterish already. Being a tiny bantam it's pretty funny lol. hope you hear yours soon.

It depends on breed and individual differences. My earliest ever was a little Fayoumi cockrel, just starting to grow hackle feathers, and 28 days old! Too cute!!! Mary
