How early will gender differentiate in BBW?

I have three Broad Breasted White poults that are a day or so over 3 weeks old. Two are clearly bigger than they third (maybe by almost 40%). Am I looking at 2 males and a female? This is my first time raising Turkeys, so I'm learning as I go.

I have Beltsville Whites and early on I guessed, but I would say wait until about the poults are about 4-5 months. It may be different with larger breeds, because Beltsville are supposed to be a great deal smaller, my boyfriend and I guessed by way of pairs who was who. Our first guess was sort of correct, but backward lol. Either way, the pair is still a pair and we're hoping to get some poults out of them soon. The two of them are 28 weeks now and the jenny started laying her first eggs (infertile) this past weekend.
