How exact does the temp need to be on the incubator?

I just checked a digital thermometer using the ice in a glass method and it appears to be accurate. I then poked the sensors into my incubator through the little plug holes to egg height and it's reading 37.3c (99.14) where the incubator is saying 37.5 (99.5). Appears to be a fan model

Is that enough of a discrepancy to worry?

Nope, I wouldn't worry about those temperature variations. As long as it is kept between 99 and 100 degrees F., you should be fine.
