I'm borrowing an incubator from a friend to finish them off, but I've never incubated before! No clue how far along they are or what to set humidity, etc.

Swedish duck! Ill take a better picture after getting the incubator. I know theyre at least over 2.5 weeksChicken or duck? If duck, Muscovy, mallard, or cross?
It hard to see the veins in that photo. Your phone camera would be better or small light.
Assuming the air bubble is right, it could be between 16-20 days.
But a better photo could mean those blobs are less baby and more yolk. But the veins look small so probably towards the end of incubation.
If duck, 12+ days is my guess.
Do you have any idea based on the picture when I should take the turning trays out? I'm thinking Friday? You can keep the humidity lower (45 percent) until one pips internally. Then once you see an internal pip raise the humidity (65) and lock down.
Thank you, good to know!!I would need a better photo.
i've read, for chicken eggs at least, that turning is really most important up to day 14, and after that less of an issue. I don't know if that is true. But a day or two extra probably wouldn't do any harm.
