SO i think I found my problem with my eggs... the thermometer wasn't working correctly. they were sitting at 96-97 for the first week.
got that fixed, but how many days behind do you think they'll be now?
I've got 7 that I can see a tiny little heart beating when I candle them, and a couple i can see very faint veins, but i think the brown shells are really thick and it's hard to see much. My other 7 eggs do not show anything at all inside so i think they won't hatch, but i'm going to keep them until they smell, or day 18, whatever comes first.
