how far do polish chickens roam

My 4 do not go too far. maybe 75 feet from the house. They do not free-range too often, and stay with there Silkey buddy, while the other 4 go seperately. The roo goes with mostly the other (mixed) 4. Very nice birds. My buffs peck buttons and zippers and will get buttons off in time. My white crested black climbs on my shoulder of I sit, and will stay there if I stand. One of the white crested is very alert and curious, and survived a dog attack by a big dog. No eggs at 6+ months but pretty friendly active birds. They are in a coop or yard as nothing is safe here with wildlife and dogs. It seems that they perch and stay closer to each other by color. Likely smarter than the others, but smart and chickens are not words to be used together.

I'm sorry, but the wording sounded hilarious!

He just wasn't happy with his flock? He needed a change? He found his calling-to be a turkey?
