how fast does worming meds work ?

i just did my 2nd dose of tapeworm meds. today is the 3 day since i have given it to them

they’re still laying poopy soft eggs and last nite my girl acted off a bit before bed. could the meds still be working ?

i don’t see anything in their poop but should i suspect other worms that don’t show up in poop ?

should i treat with safeguard just in case and is there a wait time after treating for tapeworms ?
