How fast they grow!

Well my chickies are 1 week old today. I can almost see the changes while I watch!

AND their coop is finally finished and ready for them to move in. DH did a great job helping me build it.

Little Feat, your chickies are like mine ..wing reathers and tail feathers coming in ..and only a week , amazing isn't it? My girls are flying up to my arm when I sit with them ...my Buff Orp is especially daring!

I love your coop! What is the roofing material? Our coop is nice but not as tall as I'd like for acessability. I am keepin a pic of yours to refer to if we redo ours!

Thanks about the coop. I am going to be posting a page about it for the contest but if there are any questions, feel free to ask. The roof is a smokey gray vinyl sheathing from Home Depot. It and the hardware for the doors etc. were the most expensive things we used but I really liked the transparency for the roof. It also seems to be very durable more so than the old style vinyl roofing that used to be seen on patios and carports.

what are the measurments of your coop? it is very nice

Thank you! Overall it's 5' x 10'. The coop part is 5' x 4'. I'm planning on putting up a BYC page with the construction as it progressed but haven't had the time yet.
