im thinking about upgrading my 2 lg incubators to a octagon 20 advanced digital im wondering how good they are before i buy because there expensive 330 dollars expensive and i want to get a good idea of how good they hatch and how hard they are to adjust and all that

I haven't had a hatch out of mine yet but I think theyre the finest small incubator on the market.....super easy to adjust everything is on the digital readout. They also have an accurate built in hygrometer and you can add a hummidity module down the road.

the construction is rugged....they heat up very quickly...extremely accurate and stay solid on temp...have good visiblity....and the external turner makes them very versitile.

Well its very accurate and comes adjusted to 98.6 F so you actually never do any adjusting unless you want to raise or lower that temp.

But to adjust the temp, say if you wanna hatch reptiles or something at a different temperature, you just go into a menu on the display and then tell it exactly what temp you want to the tenth of a degree. you can also set alarms for both temperature and humidity if they vary from what you want.
