These guys are very Hardcore. There second night out in the coop was 39°F, & a couple of them were still half naked. They survived.

Everything I read said Malays aren't Cold Hardy, those places lied.

How about a hardcore rooster? Mine are in a coop with a sort of drawbridge in the floor of the upper compartment that I let down for them to come out during the day. Hopefully that will change this weekend with a new larger coop, LOL. Anyway, I was late one day, and there was my rooster, scratching and bouncing around on it, pecking at that board, like he intended lower it himself.
