@MysteryChicken nice birds, there hardcore. @Geckolady that rooster sounds extreme. @KingB yea I use to live closer to Melbourne, in the suburbs but am out in the country now.

My birds like to stand out in the rain, & get soggy too. Not all of them do though.My Ladies laughed at 40-degrees-Farenheight rain this winter.

I don't know what's more hardcore -- Dumpling the Brahma with the water beading on her feathers as if she were half duck or Teriyaki who shrugged off getting her outer feathers soaked.
They could have gone into their bone-dry coop. They could have hung out under the picnic pavilion where the ground was wet but the rain wasn't falling.
They CHOSE to forage in the run in rain heavy enough to make taking a good picture impossible.
