How high do you hang the Nest box for Wood Ducks & White faced Tree Ducks ?

Well let's see... I know I have Mandarins, Wood Ducks, Fulvous Tree Ducks, Ring teal, Sharpwing and some hooded Mergansers.. I have on baby ruddy but he/she will be staying with me
