How high is TOO high?

    103+ internal egg temp is the magic number I keep hearing but I had a 75% hatch after a night at 104.9 internal egg temp.

    I had a hatch spike at over 109 a few months back, not all hatched but A few did. Never give up hope!

    I have three thermos and one reads 101.9 and the other is hovering about 100.9. I am on day 18 and everything is going haywire!!![​IMG]

    Is the internal temp of the eggs higher or lower than the outside??

    both of those temps are ok.
    I read soemwhere that the temps can flucate becuase the babies produce there own heat a little now.

    Yeah the eggs do 'heat up'. but mine really surprised me. I woke up to 104 this morning. I got it down, that's the first time it's done that.

    I'm thinking maybe the wafer or switch is starting to go.
