I have 3 Dominique hens and a roo in a large enclosed area with plenty of ventilation and access to the outdoors. Im in Georgia so it can get very hot. Will I need a fan in the shed for cooling and how hot is too hot ?

If they have shade, fresh water and ventilation they are all set for hot weather. We have extremely hot summers (110+ for weeks on end) and my chickens do fine. They like playing in the spray from the hose when I wet down their yard, kinda like kids playing in the sprinklers

I put out extra waterers, and a couple of plastic dishpans with cold water because they like to go wading when it's that hot.

You're quite welcome and I forgot to say

I've also read of people putting in misting systems and fans and so forth. But it really isn't necessary to get that elaborate. Chickens are really well insulated, which works in hot weather just as well as in cold.

I worried about the same thing, so my solution is to have a fan that sucks the hot air out of the coop and take it out side of the coop. I always have a nice airflow, and it stays cool in the coop. I also have heard of freezing milk jugs and set them in the coop. If the hens get to hot they will 'cuddle' with them. Oh, and many people spray water; misted though. Another solution I have heard is the buy a kiddy pool halfway fill it and set it in the run. They will splash around in it. I made sure I typed everything I could think of!
