How humid is too humid?

It's a Fluker's 2 in1 digital thermometer/hygrometer. I have cleared the memory every time I checked it, but I think it might be reading that high when I take it out and recording it before the display adjusts. I hope I don't have a temperature of 122, but I haven't seen it read anywhere near that inside the incubator!

My flukers is accurite but it says on the max 118. Good thing I had another digital termometer in with it and that one said 101 max temp. That happened the first night I set them and it is day seven now and I candled one and it is growing!!! So dont give up on your eggs just yet! I think it might be a fluk in flukers lol.

Awesome! I really want to see some Suede babies on this planet. I have two in my bator, due Oct 13, growing well. herechickchick has some due to hatch today, I think. Hope I hear from him soon. He was having an issue getting his humidity up above 60% yesterday, but I told him some things to do.
Getting good instruments is probably the hardest thing in hatching unless you want to spend some big bucks for them. Hope all goes well the rest of the way, Cara.

Thanks everyone. I think it must be a weird thermometer thing, I don't think my incubator could possibly even get up to 122 inside, especially being set at 98.9. It didn't start doing this until yesterday.

I think its a flukey flukers things.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you that everything is ok.

Me too. My husband can't resist opening a package in the mail, and finding Oreo might not make him very happy!
