I wanted to update and thank everyone again for the advice.
I got 8 of the 9 Black Australorps to hatch [#9 did not even pip, I'm not sure it had developed all the way].
They hatched while I continued to turn the other eggs 3 times a day.
The bowl of hot, steamy water really seemed to do the trick, so I wanted to share that too in case anyone else is in a similar dilemma with a staggered hatch!
