So I've been hatching off a satin hen and a paint silkie rooster- The paint satin that's with them always produce black or paint chicks, maybe some white if they're not from the white satin.
The white satin however mostly produces these Red pyle looking birds.
I'll have to take more pictures of the two that are feathered in, here's what I have now:
These were from a few weeks ago↓↓

She's also made some that reminded of the blue cream project color, just by down coloring. I don't them for reference now, just as chicks.
Their feathers came in buff with a blue tint, they weren't just red or buff:

Here's one of the red pyle looking one's as a chick:

Might I add, one of the red pyles is more white, but she has what looks almost like lacing on the wings? Red lacing, but not very clear. I've just recently noticed it, it's not very visible in the first picture I showed.

The white Satin is actually silver partridge with dominant white, making her all white, when crossed with a gold based rooster(Paint and black can hid gold) will produce female chicks that can leak color.

Oh that's interesting. What about any boys? These two are the only ones I have off her that I haven't rehomed, so I'm not sure what that would like from her.
If I were to hatch more, what should be expected?

@nicalandia
So i don't think these are both girls- one of them is getting a red comb and look like he has what looks to be the start of saddle feathers.
He also has been acting more like a rooster- Started doing the rooster purr/growl that my cochin boys like to do.
So if this isn't a female chick only thing then what could be going on?

Hey @nicalandia, do you know anything? It's been a few weeks and I'm really thinking its s rooster. He has obvious streamers coming out of his head.
If not her, does any other expert know?
