Don't feel alone. I went to bed at 11:30 last night. My DH asked aren't you going to stay up to greet the new year? I said no, it's probably going to be like 2020 was. Actually, today I found out that 2020 was the year of the rat in the Chinese astrology, and will be until the Chinese New Year that will bring in the year of the ox.

I wanted to be careful and didn't want to open my mouth and stick both feet in at once. LOL

The last few days have been crazy busy and have been trying to catch up on a few things. Our flock is doing well, no real cold nights so I haven't had to blow out the water lines at night.

Here is a few pics I took on new years morning when I let everyone our for the day.

When I mentioned the year of the rat, I just found it interesting considering that 2020 was so ratty.

My Naked Neck rooster Louie was taking a dust bath this late afternoon. I walked right by him with the scratch and he didn't even get up and just kept on doing his thing.
