How large should pieces of grit be for 7 week-olds?

I threw some chiken grit (crushed granite) in my chicks enclosure today.
Now I'm worried that the pieces might be too large for the BR chicks.
Is chicken grit okay for them? The grit has lots of different sized pieces in the mix.

It will be fine, especially if there are a variety of sizes. I've seen a full grown chicken swallow an adult mouse whole - the chicks will find pieces that are just the right size for their purpose.
