How likely is an Easter egger to lay brown eggs?

I'd like to have 3 chickens total so that when the girls production slows down I have room for more. I'm getting a copper Marans, a production blue and an Easter egger. What are the chances the Easter egger lays brown eggs? Someone said try to get one with blue/green/grey legs, is that true?

I'd prefer to get an Ameraucana but she'll only have 5 the week after I pick up the Marans and production blue and she doesn't do reservations

She did tell me they'll lay blue eggs but I've just read that it's like russian roulette with easter eggers.

Whoever runs the hatchery should be VERY aware what is being bred with what. If her hatchery is selling blue laying EEs, then they should only be breeding birds that produce blue laying EEs
