It's also possible that advice is outdated because that was from when the vaccine was crushed and diluted fowl pox scabs and I don't think they did much to attenuated the virus. Now they raise the strains on chick embryos. (This fowl pox situation has taken me to a lot of sources.)I've never noticed any adverse reaction to the regular fowl pox vaccine? Honestly? I'd just use the regular fowl pox vaccine since I think it might be similarly priced or cheaper anyways. I think I only paid like 13 bucks for a vial not including shipping
