I've been complaining about my lazy hens who stopped laying and I chalked it up to the heat wave. Went to clean the coop today and found 7 eggs in a nest they made on the floor (as opposed to the nesting boxes they've used all along). The temperatures have been high 90's to low 100's for the last 4 days. I'm guessing these eggs are not good for eating. Correct?

Are they today's eggs? They should be fine in the extreme heat (it was 117 here) for at least 24 hours. Just put them in the fridge ASAP to stop any development.

Crack them into a dish to see. I would assume they'd be fine.
You could also try the float test. Put them in water-if they sink they're ok, if they float they're not.
