I'm blowing eggs out to decorate. I've got a ton of eggs basically scrambled in a bowl. How long are they good for if covered and refrigerated?

I probably would not use them after a day. You can mix them up like it sounds like you have and put in a baggie in the freezer and use in baking. You just take a bag out when you are ready to bake something. People do this all the time when they have extra eggs. Most baking recipes call for 2 eggs at a time so that is how I would bag them up. Write on the bag with a permanent marker how many eggs are in each baggie.

    Hope this helps.
