How long at low temp?

How much of an impact will sitting at 96.8 for about 7 hours on day 3 of incubation make on the hatch? I would assume that the occasional temperature flucuation would be ok given temperatures extreems that hens lay in, but I would love to hear some words of encouragement...

I had a power outage at about day 3 on my button quail. The power was out for about 8 hours, the temps dropped to about 68 for most of those 8 hours. I still had a good hatch.
