How long before difference?

This is my 3 week old fibro egger. This afternoon she developed a limp and she isn't wanting to put much weight on her right side. There isn't anything on the bottom of her foot. Her toes are straight and kind of point upward on that side when she stands, and it sometimes vibrates/shakes like tremors. I added Poultry Cell to her water. Is there anything I else I should do to help her to be able to walk properly again?
